Эмоциональный опыт медицинских сестер в период пандемии COVID-19: анализ российских исследований

The article discusses the results of Russian research on the emotional aspect of nursing labor in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. The purpose of the article is to summarize, analyze and sociologically interpret the results of Russian, mainly psychological studies of the emotional experience of nurses filled with anxiety due to uncertainty, fear of COVID-19 infection, professional burnout and emotional exhaustion. The concept of emotional labor is organically integrated into the research discourse of emotional experience, revealing the levels of emotion fulfillment, clarifying their content in a pandemic context. Presenting at the beginning of the article an overview of the provisions of the structural theory of emotions for the research of emotional labor, the author draws attention to the organizational order of interaction between nurses and doctors and patients, which determines the intensity of emotions and changes in the emotional display of nurses. The main part of the article focuses on the analysis of Russian research materials found through the platforms of the scientific libraries eLIBRARY and “CyberLeninka”. The author examines publications that are in the public domain and devoted to the emotional experience of Russian nurses. As a result, the relationship of emotional experience and labor with the status opportunities and position of nursing staff in the hospital space, and the role of managers and labor collectives in regulating the emotions of nurses and their emotional involvement in providing care is shown. The article contributes to the generalization of the Russian experience of studying the emotional experience of nurses and demonstrates the advantages of a sociological approach to its research.
