Совершенствование мер поддержки развития деревянного домостроения на территории Дальневосточного федералнього округа
In the face of rising prices for residential premises, it is possible to stabilize the market by increasing supply, in particular, by using the potential of the Russian forest industry and the transition to mass production of wooden houses. The development of wooden housing construction contributes to an increase in the provision of residents of the Far East with high-quality and affordable housing and creates incentives for the development of wood processing industries. The authors studied the market for wooden housing construction in the Far Eastern Federal District, identified the positive aspects of its implementation, identified the economic and organizational problems faced. The regulatory legal acts regulating measures of state support for wooden housing construction have been analyzed, their shortcomings have been identified. Based on the results of the analysis, the paper presents conclusions about the imperfection of the normative regulation of wooden housing construction in Russia and the lack of demand for existing measures to support the industry. This work contains proposals for improving measures of state support for wooden housing construction in the Far East, in particular, for creating a measure for mortgage lending for residential buildings made of wooden materials, as well as introducing an integrated approach in the implementation of residential development with wooden houses.
