Neural networks are no longer simple travel assistants; now they decide what to include on the route and what to skip. Artificial intelligence changes how people perceive a place and shapes the image of tourist centres. Road Injuries Leading Cause of Death Among Men Aged 10 to 39
Worldwide, road injuries are the leading cause of death among males aged 10–39. An international team of researchers reached this conclusion as part of the Global Burden of Disease Study 2023, analysing data from 204 countries between 1990 and 2023. Their findings have been published in The Lancet Public Health, with HSE University Professor Vasily Vlassov listed among the collaborators.

The report analyzes the system of secondary and higher vocational education in the Far Eastern Federal District as a key resource for the development of human capital in the conditions of demographic decline and migration outflow. Disparities in educational access, infrastructure challenges, and opportunities for collaboration between colleges and universities are examined. Barriers such as departmental fragmentation and fragmented programs are highlighted. The potential of cluster models, “Professionalism” projects, and campus initiatives to create a unified educational environment is emphasized. It emphasizes the role of integration of colleges into university ecosystems as a condition for sustainable development and reduction of educational migration.

The publication is intended for researchers and experts in the field of education and regional policy.
