Кросс-культурное влияние на корпоративную культуру международной компании в Казахстане
This article examines the impact of cross-cultures, carried by foreign employees, on the corporate culture of an international company in Kazakhstan. The theoretical bases of studying this problem are given in the article. One of the recognized researchers of the influence of cross-cultures on the culture of the organization is G. Hofstede. The questionnaire, developed for the purpose of investigating differences in national cultures according to six characteristics, formed the basis for the study. The authors of the article, using the questionnaire of H. Hofsted, carried out studies of the cultures of Kazakhstan, Germany and Turkey. Representatives of these peoples will work in an international company in Kazakhstan. These studies were carried out in preparation for the master’s thesis. The developed recommendations will be used during adaptation of new employees of an international company.
