ПРО-ДОД. 2025. № 6(60). С. 59–76.
This article examines modern approaches to managing educational organizations in the context of digital transformation and increasing external turbulence. It analyzes key trends in the development of their leaders: data-driven management, the development of distributed leadership, the phenomenon of resilience, and professional communities as tools for collective development. The authors pay particular attention to the transformation of the leader's role and, ultimately, the concept of a new type of leader – an “editor of complex systems” – who masterfully integrates strategic, psychological, and facilitative leadership to create an effective and sustainable educational ecosystem.
