The course outlines the basic concepts and institutions of information law in Russia. The theoretical foundations of the legal regulation of information relations are highlighted, the principles of information law are considered, its norms and sources are analyzed at the level of deep problematization, the features of information and legal relations that are formed under the influence of digitalization in various spheres of modern society and the state. The course covers the issues of the General and Special parts of information law. All regulatory legal acts and materials of law enforcement practice are given up to date. A brief information and legal dictionary is included as an appendix, which is a system of interrelated concepts that make up the thesaurus of Russian information law as a branch of law and as a science. It can be used as a kind of "information-legal Lego" for modeling existing and building your own legal and logical structures. The course was prepared with the information support of the ConsultantPlus SPS. Complies with the current requirements of the federal state educational standard of higher education. For students, graduate students and teachers of law schools, as well as faculties of law, journalism, mass communications, creative industries, information security, etc., students of the advanced training system, practitioners and all those interested in legal regulation of the information sphere of modern society.
