The commentary on Federal Law No. 243-FZ of July 26, 2026, "On Supporting the Development of Artificial Intelligence Technologies in the Russian Federation" was prepared by leading Russian scholars specializing in information (digital) law, including the legal aspects of artificial intelligence.
