Контуры развития информационного законодательства в контексте документов стратегического развития Российской Федерации
Along with the development of information technologies, strategic development documents have a huge impact on the development of information legislation in our country. The first such documents appeared in Russia in the early 1990s, the impulse for the development of this institute was given by the "May decrees" of the President of the Russian Federation in 2012 and subsequent national projects. The strategic objectives of the country's development for the period 2024-2036 are fixed in the new "May decree", which is analyzed in detail in this article. When analyzing the targets related to the digital transformation of public administration, the indicator of the formation of the "data market" attracts our attention. Its literal interpretation can change the legal paradigm of protecting citizens' personal data. In addition, the impact of information technology is not limited to the national goal of "digital transformation", but permeates all national development goals. Thus, the development of information legislation should be carried out taking into account the national goals and objectives set by the country's leadership, as well as on the basis of the constitutional principle of ensuring the security of the individual, society and the state in the application of information technologies and the circu-lation of digital data.
