Тенденции развития циркуляционной экономики в Российской Федерации в контексте государственной реформы по обращению с отходами

The focus on the introduction of modern technologies and international waste management practices allows us to improve the mechanisms of international business cooperation. Nevertheless, it is impossible to overcome the "garbage" crisis without the improvement of state policy in the field of environmental education and enlightenment, as well as strengthening the role of civil society in decision-making. The article discusses the key issues related to: the willingness of regions and the business community to implement measures to achieve the indicators of the national project "Ecology", the pricing of services for the disposal of MSW, waste recycling and obtaining secondary resources, the use of secondary resources, including the prospects of "extended producer responsibility" for formation of a closed-cycle economy in Russia.
