The Paper publishes Two Fragments of Decrees of biggest Interest from Second Half of V CBC founded during the Excavations on the Site of Panticapaeum (Mitridates Mount, Kerch City, Crimea, Russia) at August 2018. The first of they represents obviously the Grant of Taxes Free Order in Olbia Pontica to one of the Citizens of Panticapaeum City. The second is seemingly the first Decree of the polis Panticapaeum giving the same Privilege to the Citizen of Heracleia Pontica.
