Labour practices under pressure high-speed developing IT technologies and epidemiological
situation continue transformation. The winners are employers and employees. The first one can
hire worker to short projects. And the second one without interesting of traditional labor market
can diversify employment. As consequence, e-freelance is attractive alternative labour strategy.
Although it differs type and time of cooperation, networks with employees are important part as
at the traditional labor market. The ego networks consisting of professional and private contacts
are helping to look for new orders, freelancing operation and giving moral support. They are
based on accumulated capital which is quintessence of freelancer’s work experience and ability.

This helps to freelancers to give to e-employers unique goods when they present it with
standardized form of labour platform.
The aim of issue is point out links between e-freelancer’s accumulated capital and ego network
characteristics. The authors work with e-self-employed in the Russian-speaking market of
remote work with online survey and scrutinize 158 freelancers from labor platforms such as
Workspace and Freelancehunt. The linear regression is method to look for influence. As result,
deeper freelancer’s accumulated capital links to strength of bond between important alters
including his/her ego network.
