The article analyses different aspects of communicative influence on various levels. Verbal recourses of communication are represented by lexical, syntactical units and implicit meanings. Non-verbal communication recourses are analyzed on the level of physical and iconic sign systems. The authors analyze the environment as a sign system and the symbolic communication resources.
