Бикамерализм и его влияние на парламентские процедуры

Interest in the study of bicameralism, as a form of organization of the work of parliament, is increasing year-on-year. For Russia, in the context of the adoption of the Law on Amendment to the Constitution of 2020, which increased the scope of powers of the Council of Federation, the impact of the second chamber on parliamentary procedures is as relevant as ever. The article discusses the concept and significance of bicameralism. The article also discusses the features of the parliamentary procedure caused by bicameralism in different countries of the world. The article is comparative in nature, and the results of the study may be useful to lawyers when conducting bicameralism studies, preparing textbooks and teaching aids for law students.
