Особенности проектного управления развитием системы государственных и муниципальных коворкингов в российской федерации в пост ковидный период

In the context of the development of post-covid relations, and the acceleration of the construction of a digital environment, there is an active transformation of workspaces from a classic office to coworking formats. Until now, these changes have occurred spontaneously. The authors, within the framework of the conducted research, showed that the effectiveness of further development of new formats is possible only on a systematic basis, for example, within the framework of project management approaches, as well as in the direction of significant growth of digital production solutions and their combination with more traditional office (on-off environment). It is the development of such an approach within the framework of a network of state coworking facilities that will allow solving key problems of SME development, taking into account new and emerging challenges and meeting post-covid requirements. The features and difficulties of implementing such a project are described and recommendations for its implementation are given
