Complicated transformations take place inside the information society itself. They question some basic mechanisms of regulation and self-regulation of the informational processes. In addition, the situation is jeopardized by the drastic increase in the demand forthe digital informational technologies through two recent years that resulted, among other things, from the changes in social life that are provoked by the coronavirus pandemic. Such trends were localized and formalized through the study. Some of them can be regarded as risks-stimulating not only for the information society but rather in terms of the major aspects of global development.
