Simplification of customs formalities, reduction of customs control time are the key objectives of reducing logistics costs in the implementation of foreign trade procedures. The effect of the correct introduction of customs advance information technologies and paperless electronic reporting in aviation can be very important for air transport logistics.
Business should receive a benefit, have advantages from the implementation of reliable and timely preliminary information. Technological advantages of simplification of stages of customs control for respectable participants of foreign economic activity should be normatively fixed.
The article reveals a number of the most General aspects of the effective organization of the process of preliminary informing of customs authorities on the example of air transport in the international aviation checkpoint located at the international airport.
