Политическое позиционирование губернаторов: кейс Кировской области

The Russian regional elite has a period of assessing the effectiveness of the executive branch. The resignation of the governor of the Kirov region - Nikita Belykh led the temporary acting governor - Igor Vasiliev. This article, using the discourse analysis method, answers the question: how the positioning of the renewed elite is built, what gaps appear in the creation of the brand of the Kirov region. The analysis of positioning carried out in two stages: discourse after the appointment to the post of governor of the region, discourse before the governor's election to understand the political rhetoric has changed.
