The scientific novelty of this work lies in its emphasis on perspective of employees and how the personal perception of the future is connected to their resistance to innovations. The authors identified four clusters within the sample of managers: combined project managers with positive future time perspectives (II; IV) and two clusters with negative future time perspectives (I; III) determining high level of resistance to innovation.
