Конституционное и муниципальное право. 2016. № 9. С. 21–31.
In the article on wide theoretical material the author considers the key kinds of a modern presidentialism which aren't reduced to each other as which allocates a superpresidentializm, a semipresidentializm and institutionally an excess presidentalizm. Investigating a democracy ratio with it types and their internal versions (e.g. the balanced semipresidentializm), states evidence of what even in the most rigid versions the democracy doesn't disappear, remaining some kind of ideological criterion and a political standard. Concerning prospects of development of democracy in Russia the conclusion is drawn on need of more active realization of the available democratic potential in activity of political institutes and daily practices. It is ad hoc model of presidentialism in whose terms political regime in Russia could be described, correctly.
