Изменения в деятельности страховых медицинских организаций в новой системе ОМС
Обязательное медицинское страхование в Российской Федерации. 2015. № 5. С. 32–37.
The paper introduces to results of sociological surveys of heads of insurance companies working under mandatory health insurance system. The surveys were carried out by the National Research University «Higher School of Economics» in 2012 (joint with the Federal Obligatory Medical Insurance Fund) and in 2014. Data analysis shows that a considerable part of these organizations hasn’t already serves only passive middlemen in the allocation of funds. But their impact on planning of medical care volume in the mandatory health insurance system and on improvement of quality of medical care is very modest.
