The article presents grounds for conceptualizing the phenomenon of “presence” in the space of counseling psychological work with orphaned children. Materials 5 of psychological sessions are presented, on the basis of which prerequisites for building the author’s conceptual model were identified. Deep phenomenological and hermeneutic research is based on the personological works of E. B. Starovoitenko and V. A. Petrovsky, the concept of psychoanalytic field theory by W. R. Bion, A. Ferro, D. Civitarese. The empirical model uses the phenomenological analysis of Giorgi A. P. in order to identify semantic units that act as a “translator” from the language of the associative series of an orphaned teenager to their unconscious needs, allowing them to build and promote psychological dynamics in the field of the child’s consciousness and their experiences of presence of significant others. The publication is based on a research study that exists as a manuscript of a graduation thesis.
