Взаимодействие школ с локальным сообществом в сложном контексте и жизненные планы выпускников школ
Schools inevitably interact with their local communities, but how this interaction changes depending on the territorial context remains unclear. It is also uncertain how the combination of a region’s complexity and the nature of school-community interaction relates to whether graduates choose to stay or leave. This article presents findings from three field expeditions in regions with different levels of complexity: the Nerchinsky District in Transbaikal district, the Elizovsky District in Kamchatka, and the cities of Salekhard and Novy Urengoy (Yamal). The study identifies different types of school-community interaction in these contexts and explores their connection to graduates’ life plans. It also examines how these interaction patterns align with students’ decisions to remain in their home region or seek opportunities elsewhere.
