The article is devoted to the subject area of the use of information technology in legal proceedings and examines the prospects for the introduction of information technology to optimize the judicial burden. The purpose of the article is to study the expected results from the introduction of information technologies, consider controversial issues and prospects for the use of artificial intelligence technologies in judicial activities. The author notes the need for procedural regulation of online court sessions and the establishment of regulatory requirements for technical devices used by participants in the process. Special attention is paid to the development of digital platforms such as «Justice Online» and services of electronic interactions with courts, as well as issues of information security and technical equipment of courts. The necessity of systematic training of court employees to work with information systems and optimize access to secure Internet is considered. To optimize the judicial burden, it is possible to use data clustering algorithms as a system for identifying and grouping data by specific areas. In conclusion, the author suggests measures to improve law enforcement practices and increase access to justice through the digitalization of the judicial process. The author emphasizes the importance of legislative regulation of workload standards and the introduction of comprehensive measures to improve the accessibility and quality of justice in the context of the digital transformation of the judicial system.
