The monograph examines current issues of legal regulation of intellectual property results in the knowledge economy, including the regulation of works of art created by artificial intelligence, as well as economic aspects of technology transfer and intellectual property management in the context of digital transformation, including an overview of modern international and national databases, marketplaces, exchanges and other digital platforms in the field of intellectual property. An organizational and economic mechanism for promoting the results of research activities in the "Education - Science – Business" model and an approach to methodological support for project activities based on the experience of organizing and promoting the results of intellectual activity in the economic space of Russia and the macroregion are proposed. It is addressed to researchers, teachers, researchers, postgraduates and undergraduates who deal with theoretical and applied aspects of intellectual property management, as well as issues of promotion and commercialization of intellectual property results in Russia and around the world.
