Развертывание НТР качественно меняет приоритеты в структуре производительных сил. Главную роль начинают играть не орудия и предметы труда, а человеческие ресурсы — человеческий капитал и, особенно, социальный капитал. Именно с позиций этого нового понимания производственных ресурсов необходимо оценивать потенциал развития экономики современной России, считает автаор статьи.
