Влияние Парижского соглашения на перспективы потребления нефти в Европе

С. 29-31.

The implementation of the EU commitments to CO2 emissions by 2030 will require a significant tightening of environmental policy both in the electricity and industrial sectors (the main consumers of coal), but also in the transport sector. Taxes on emissions in the electric power industry and industry will be increased, a tax on emissions from the burning of petroleum products will be introduced. As a result, the demand for oil in Europe will drop by 3 million barrels per day by 2035 compared to 2016, the number of electric vehicles will increase to almost 60 million units.
