Коучинг как инструмент повышения личной эффективности в бизнесе.
The article considers the problem of coaching use for the goals of personal efficacy increasing in business. The notion «personal efficacy» is analyzed and defined as the capacity to attain the goal at lower costs. The notion «personal efficacy» and «self-efficacy» are also related. The problem of coaching efficiency as an instrument of personal efficacy is analyzed. The results of the empirical investigation of 34 leaders of Russian business organizations showed the increasing of self-evaluation of personal efficacy after coach sessions (63%).
