The main idea is that factors as the time pressure influence on strategies choice in the decision-making process. In addition, the interaction could complicate the strategies choice for cooperation or confrontation in an uncertain condition. This article presents the results of a study designed to check the hypothesis about the impact of the time pressure to strategy choice in context of confrontation strategy. We describe an experiment in which simulated a situation of "prisoner's dilemma", where 60 people attented: 30 subjects in the control group, the other 30 - experimental.
The article discusesone of the difficult areas in professional practice of business psychologist. Their conflict competence, as a rule, is expected from others. This type of activities is considered in the context of the three major forms of group psychological work – facilitation, moderation and mediation. Briefly describe the modern views on the nature of social conflicts and work with them. Separately, focuses on process-oriented approach in psychology and psychotherapy, in which the deep democracy principle is realized for organizational conflicts on base the method of "world work", which is incorporated into the social technology of open forums (A. Mindell, M. Schupbach, S. Siver).
The article considers the problem of coaching use for the goals of personal efficacy increasing in business. The notion «personal efficacy» is analyzed and defined as the capacity to attain the goal at lower costs. The notion «personal efficacy» and «self-efficacy» are also related. The problem of coaching efficiency as an instrument of personal efficacy is analyzed. The results of the empirical investigation of 34 leaders of Russian business organizations showed the increasing of self-evaluation of personal efficacy after coach sessions (63%).
