С. 148–150.
The article describes the results of a longitudinal study revealing the role of psychological resources in the dynamics of somatization during the COVID-19 pandemic. The findings demonstrate that more developed psychological resources, such as optimism, resilience, and self-efficacy, are associated with lower levels of somatic symptom burden. In conclusion, the study emphasizes that these results may contribute to the integration of practices aimed at strengthening psychological resources and preventing somatization into psychotherapy and psychological counseling.
