The monograph contains the results of ten years of research by the author devoted to the problematic issues of regulating the movement of factors and results of economic activity within a regional integration association, the structure of the European Union's single internal market, the formation and competition of regional trade regimes. Over the years of studying the subject, the principles of market unity have covered the latest spheres of the European economy; The EU has faced a number of internal and external challenges that have led to a deepening of the integration process; such partners of the EU as Russia and the countries of Asia have fundamentally changed, which expanded the objectives of the study. The book includes research carried out with the support of the RFBR (project No. 17-07-00053-OGN "Achievements and prospects for the integration of markets: EU, EAEU, TTIP, integration of integrations"). Materials previously published in peer-reviewed editions are included in the monograph in revised and expanded form.
