The article is devoted to the analysis of the construct “positive psychological capital” and ways to measure it. According to the concept of F. Luthans, positive psychological capital includes self-efficacy, optimism, hope and resilience. The measurement of positive psychological capital is carried out as on an individual basis (namely “Psychological capital questionnaire”, PCQ-24 by F. Luthans, “Compound-psychological-capital-scale”, CPC-12 by T. Lorenz, “Psychological capital questionnaire” by A. Bakker adapted by S. Manichev and V. Pogrebitskaya, alternative projective method by F. Luthans and P. Harms), and at the organizational level (method “Collective psychological capital” by F. Walumbwa with colleagues).
