The article compares the practice of exchange blood transfusion, which Alexander Bogdanov tried to spread in the 20s of the twentieth century as the embodiment of the idea of physiological brotherhood, with such a modern practice of combating pandemics as the use of convalescent plasma. It is assumed that the possible failure in the foreseeable future of attempts to create a vaccine, an unexpected dangerous mutation of the virus, or the emergence of new dangerous epidemics, turn the networks being built everywhere to collect convalescent plasma from those who have been ill, with its subsequent transfusion to patients in need, who thereby get a chance of survival, into a project from our past. We are faced with a prototype of constantly renewed blood exchange between successive recovered and newly ill people to implement a separate physiological life by adding the individual to the individual for life coordination, i.e. the idea of physiological brotherhood in action.
