Contemporary philosophy of language studies a broad range of questions connected with the functioning of language in the environment. There can be singled out three paradigms of language existence: speech, written language, and digital language. Diachronically language appeared and initially existed in the form of speech. The paper regards speech as a biological ability of social adaptation in language environment having an orienting function. With the advent of writing, people entered into a textual environment. Written language is an artifact, a part and parcel of our life. Nowadays, we witness a new era of digital language and virtual environment. Digital language is seen to be interactive, dialogical, iconic, being a hybrid of written and oral types of languages. A digital/electronic text is simiotically charged with icons, types of fonts, color, position, pictures and videos. The paper presents a discourse analysis triggered by the creolized text post on Facebook. Semiotically speaking, a creolized text forms a unity of verbal and non-verbal constituents which afford an observer to be part of it and interpret it. In case of Facebook posting, discourse is distributed and expanded because many people can see or take part in it. The example brought in the paper shows that the discourse unfolding on the timeline is not necessarily linear because it can spread in branches or shorter discourses. A post can encourage Facebook users to expand it into a discourse or even many discourses. Commenters use colloquial language, emotionally charged with emoji (smiles), morphological, lexical, and semantic means.
The article shows the importance of philosophy Ricker for theoretical sociology. Perspectives of sociology associated with a combination of theories and theories of action events. Action theory developed in sociology and theory of events is not. Ricoeur philosophy - one of the possible intellectual resources in order to change this situation.
The author considers the problems of the linguistic and extra-linguistic aspects which law students come across while learning German legal terminology lexicon of FRG law and in the course of its implementation in the sphere of professional communication.
The article examines the formation of monologue speech and the infl uence of linguistic laws of incorporation and contamination on this process. It contains analysis of the semantic structure of monologue carried out on the basis of key words and nuclear tones of theme centres and their prosodic depiction. The analysis was performed on spontaneous monologues. The results of the acoustic analysis and statistics data were obtained through the computer programme Speech Analyzer

In this article the author attempts to explain the events occurring in the country taking into account the specificity of the Ukrainian political culture. From the point of view of the author, a key player in the Ukrainian revolution in 2014 was the Ukrainian society itself, and any attempt to comment the situation of modern Ukraine, first of all, should take into account civil conditions of the society itself. Qualitative state of civil society in Ukraine outrun the quality of the ruling elite, which inevitably provokes new confrontations and conflicts.

The article is devoted to the analysis of the problems that arise in the system of social networks in connection with the intensification of the struggle of law enforcement bodies of the Russian Federation with phenomena that are referred to in the legal field as “extremism”, “incitement to hatred” and “insulting the feelings of believers”. The goal of the project is to analyze the problems of regulating social networks and author’s content in the context of world and domestic experience in the struggle for “network neutrality”. An interdisciplinary analysis was used in the work. In the modern Russian media space, the role of an expert and expertise on which the assessment of the content of social networks depends. The analysis performed in the article indicates that the traditional methods of examining web texts need substantial updating. The question was also raised about the need to clearly describe the qualifications of an expert and to regulate the selection of experts and the boundaries of their functional activities. The article proposes a concept according to which an anthropological understanding of the text is possible. This concept is based on the ideas of the authors of ancient texts, German romantics, Russian philosophers. In the framework of the proposed concept, the text is considered as a medium between the external and internal worlds of man. The external world is understood as an impersonal reality, used as a resource for human development. It is emphasized that this world is external only for a specific individual. For humanity as a whole, this world is a product of human activity; it has only the appearance of objectivity, quasi-objectivity, imaginary empirical factuality and objectivity. The internal world of a person consists of images and ideas that are grouped into identity, incentive sphere, regulatory and semantic sphere, executive sphere. Acting as a medium between the external and internal worlds, a specific text is a fragment of the information and communication universum, the main feature of which is duality. On the one hand, it exists in conscious and unconscious forms of activity of living beings, including humans. On the other hand, it does not depend on anyone, and even determines the communicative behavior of all creatures known to us (viruses, bacteria, plants, animals, humans). In other words, a man is a resource of his reproduction and self-development in relation to the information and communication universum. In a situation of rapid development of information resources and communication technologies, the question of whether modern science can comprehend the information and communication universum in all its multidimensionality and complexity, and take control of its ability to influence people, becomes an urgent issue. Moreover, this issue is becoming important not only for the humanities, but also for the future of humanity.
This paper explores, mainly from a legal perspective, the extent to which the Russian regulations of traditional TV and online audiovisual media policies have been consistent with the Council of Europe (hereinafter CoE) standards. The study compares between the CoE and Russian approaches to specific aspects of audiovisual regulation including licensing, media ownership, public service media, digitalization, and national production. The paper first studies the CoE perspective through examining its conventional provisions related to audiovisual media, the case law of the European Court of Human Rights as well as the CoE non-binding documents. The paper then considers Russian national legislation governing audiovisual media and the Russian general jurisdiction courts’ practice on broadcast licensing. The paper suggests that the Russian audiovisual regulations are insufficiently compatible with the CoE standards and more in line with the Soviet regulatory traditions.
Systems Thinking in Museums explores systems thinking and the practical implication of it using real-life museum examples to illuminate various entry points and stages of implementation and their challenges and opportunities. Its premise is that museums can be better off when they operate as open, dynamic, and learning systems as a whole as opposed to closed, stagnant, and status quo systems that are compartmentalized and hierarchical. This book also suggests ways to incorporate systems thinking based on reflective questions and steps with hopes to encourage museum professionals to employ systems thinking in their own museum. Few books explore theory in practice in meaningful and applicable ways; this book offers to unravel complex theories as applied in everyday practice through examples from national and international museums.
