The research objective is to identify the possibilities of using Internet of Things in retail process such as supply, logistics, client service and marketing and to give the examples for getting economy and cost reduction in industry. The author provides recommendations of using internet of things technology in retail, taking into considerations existing aspects and current worldwide trends of global transformation, digitalization and cloud technologies.
