Корпоративные ценности в банковском секторе: российская и зарубежная практика
In July 2013. Basel Committee on Banking Supervision published a new version of the document concerning the identification and regulation of systemically important financial institutions. In this paper modified version of the Basel Committee’s method is proposed, taking into account the features of the banking sector in Russia and approbation of the proposed method on official statements of the largest Russian banks.
In this article the influence of publicly declarative values on the performance of top fifty banks in Russia is analyzed. For determination of correlations an index of corporate values (CV-Index) is calculated as well as relationship between this index and financial indicators of banks are examined in SPSS program. In order to calculate CV-Index the detailed research of banks’ websites, codes of ethics and corporate behavior is conducted. All the defined corporate values are categorized into seventeen groups. The research has confirmed a statistically significant correlation between CV-Index and net profit of banks.
This article offers a critical review of the concept of "shared value" proposed in 2011 by M. Porter and M. Kramer. This concept is an important element of corporate strategy development. The idea of the approach is that the business builds its commercial and social priorities, and because of this, it can develop a more balanced way. However, this concept is not indisputable, and contains a number of difficulties in understanding and implementation.
The Management by Values (MBV) approach has been growing in popularity in countries with developed economies since the late 1990s. Considered to be a strategic management tool, this approach seeks to increase the company's market value by enhancing interconnections among employees. Until recently, this model of firm management and HR management in particular, has been used on a very limited scale in emerging markets. This paper presents the results of the research of contemporary management issues in Russia with a particular focus on the MBV approach. The logic of the paper is based on five main research tasks, namely: the analysis of global organizational tendencies with respect to internal and external environments; a survey of the evolution of the major management concepts; analysis of main characteristics of management approaches MBI, MBO and MBV; research of core management values underlining business behavior and corporate culture in Russian companies, as well as study of limits for the application of MBV approach in Russia.

Smoking is a problem, bringing signifi cant social and economic costs to Russiansociety. However, ratifi cation of the World health organization Framework conventionon tobacco control makes it possible to improve Russian legislation accordingto the international standards. So, I describe some measures that should be taken bythe Russian authorities in the nearest future, and I examine their effi ciency. By studyingthe international evidence I analyze the impact of the smoke-free areas, advertisementand sponsorship bans, tax increases, etc. on the prevalence of smoking, cigaretteconsumption and some other indicators. I also investigate the obstacles confrontingthe Russian authorities when they introduce new policy measures and the public attitudetowards these measures. I conclude that there is a number of easy-to-implementanti-smoking activities that need no fi nancial resources but only a political will.
One of the most important indicators of company's success is the increase of its value. The article investigates traditional methods of company's value assessment and the evidence that the application of these methods is incorrect in the new stage of economy. So it is necessary to create a new method of valuation based on the new main sources of company's success that is its intellectual capital.

At present many industries reveal tendency for setting up of vertically integrated companies (VIC) the structure of which unites all technological processes. This tendency proved its efficiency in oil industry where coordination of all successive stages of technological process, namely, oil prospecting and production -oil transportation - oil processing - oil chemistry - oil products and oil chemicals marketing, is necessary. The article considers specific features of introduction of "personnel management" module at enterprises of oil and gas industry.
