These days russian pharmaceurtical industry faced a difficult problem – on the one hand there is a great number of foreign manufactures and it threatens the russian market, and on the other hand there are poor research and development, industrial and raw materials bases, financial and personnel components do not allow to make innovative projects that provide significant competitive advantage etc. At this article the results of market position zondage of russian pharmaceutical enterprises – medicine manufactures based on multicriterial matrix. Coverage of these enretprises (international, national and regional/inter-regional markets) and the number of innovative products (specific gravity of original medicines in the range of products of manufacture).

The article discusses the possibility of using geomarketing as an instrument for modeling optimal location of the sales offices of the bank. The sequence of steps in the process of geomarketing modeling is described, recommendations on the implementation of each stages are highlighted. Methodical approaches to the implementation of geomarketing modeling the optimal network of sales offices of the bank is highlighted. Recommendations for the implementation of the planned placement points scoring sales offices are identified. The experience of the Savings Bank in the development and implementation of techniques geomarketing modeling is studied.
The issues of development of legal regulation of exchange relations rather sharply debated in scientific and scientific-practical literature in the last few years. Due to the rather high degree of "closeness" of the exchange's market regulation continues to be almost entirely local in nature, which complicates the formulation of uniform rules of functioning of stock exchanges in Russia. In this situation, the study of experience of legal regulation of the special status of subjects of the exchange relations, it is useful and sometimes inevitable. The submission examines the main types of special entities exchange rights and evolving with the participation of the exchange relationship.
With quite a lot of attention paid to management innovations in business and governmental organizations, it is almost impossible to find in the Russian scientific literature such research published on the nonprofit organizations. In this paper we present the analysis of the foreign research of management features influencing the innovation process in nonprofit organizations. Factors determining the innovation process are analyzed within the framework of the five areas: relations with the external environment, relations with the internal stakeholders, organization’s culture, leadership, management of processes and resources.

The article presents the results of a study of the relationship between customer satisfaction and loyalty in the hotel industry. This relationship is considered through a prism of key behavioral characteristics of clients (willingness to recommend/willingness to return). Based on this research the customer loyalty coefficient was calculated. The data collection method that was used is a survey.
