Методические подходы к внедрению системы «5S» в организации
The article considers the essence of «5S» system, described contents of this tool for optimal use the office space for the staff. The principles of optimal use of office space are highlighted. Methodical approaches to the implementation of this system in the organization are described. The stages of the process, with indicators of the quality of implementation of each of them are identified. The tools and indicators of rational location of objects in the office space are studied.
