Применение теории стейкхолдеров в системе управления услугами фестивалей культуры
The article deals with application of stakeholder theory to management of cultural events, in particular to service management of cultural festivals. The empirical part of the research is based on experience of Russian and foreign festivals. Based on the results of empirical research authors develop a method of dual behavior of stakeholders as an effective tool for perfection of management system of cultural festivals’ services and enhancement of their positive impacts.
Cultural festivals are considered in the article as events providing a system of services to various interested parties - stakeholders. By setting examples of historical re-enactment festivals and a cultural event "Night of Museums" a diversified structure of available services and a potential of their management development for tackling specific regional socio-economical issues are argued.
The aim of this article is to study an influence of various cultural festivals in St. Petersburg on development of the creative industries in the city. The definition of prospects of the development of culture of «Russia’s Northern Capital» demands the analysis of an existing scientific and administrative discourse concerning interaction in a city on Neva the rich cultural heritage and new creative industries. The situation of St. Petersburg as а large European cultural center and one of the important cities of the Russian Federation allows to define prospects of its development as «creative city». It includes also the analysis of cultural, social and economic consequences of the development of festival movement.
New methodological approach to Russian Smart Power System development tendencies assessment is proposed. It enables the choice of particular SPS technology mix, which meets stakeholders’ requirements to electric power industry functionality. Maturity model is proposed as an integration tool.
The article present of a model of sustainable development of the largest companies in the region and in the territory. The model allows evaluating the sustainable character of a company's development through comparison of the planned and real data, and to discover its non-balanced dynamics.

At present many industries reveal tendency for setting up of vertically integrated companies (VIC) the structure of which unites all technological processes. This tendency proved its efficiency in oil industry where coordination of all successive stages of technological process, namely, oil prospecting and production -oil transportation - oil processing - oil chemistry - oil products and oil chemicals marketing, is necessary. The article considers specific features of introduction of "personnel management" module at enterprises of oil and gas industry.
