In the article, approaches towards pulsating organizations management in terms of building teams are revealed. Author of the article studied teambuilding problem within various team management practices on different festivals cases in St. Petersburg. The major challenges, which are faced by managers, were identified. These issues are imposed by festival pulsating nature.

Currently, the concept of consumer engagement in value co-creation (CEVCC) has been widely covered in the marketing literature. The attention to this topic is caused by business needs to find new ways of value creation and its offering to customers. In this paper, we investigate CEVCC in the hotel industry in Moscow. Based on this research a conceptual model describing the relationship between the consumer engagement in the value co-creation and customer satisfaction and loyalty was developed. This relationship was considered through a prism of customer experience, taking into account various forms of co-creation activities in the hotel industry. Content analysis of tourist comments in social media related to hotels in Moscow was conducted.
The approach of project management maturity assessment, which was adapted to the specific of commercial bank activity, has been developed throught the diagnostic of intellectual capital in this paper as a factor of achievement commercial banks' business targets. The stepwise plan (insrtuction) was outlined for identifying the ability of commercial bank to realize complex projects, which fully correspond to the actually strategy.
The article deals with application of stakeholder theory to management of cultural events, in particular to service management of cultural festivals. The empirical part of the research is based on experience of Russian and foreign festivals. Structure of shops’ assortment is explored with the help of tools developed specially for this research. There are strengths and weaknesses of museum activities on commodification of their collections that are outlined. Recommendations for various groups of stakeholders who take part in the commodification process are developed.
