Психотехническая система обучения человекоцентрированному подходу
A system of training in the Person-Centered approach on specialization "Person-Centered Approachh" of Masters program "Counseling psychology. Personology" of the National Research University Higher School of Economics is analyzed from the standpoint of psychotechnical approach as modern development of cultural-activity psychology. A concept "psychotechnical system" and idea of its necessary elements (i.e. purposes, conceptual system of knowledge, system of practics, experts, the organized proceeding system of the interactions/relations between experts and trainees) is used for the analysis. The conducted research of efficiency of the analyzed psychotechnical educational system is described. The results of training on the specified Masters program proves its efficiency both in the educational sense and in assistance to constructive personal changes. The graduates approach an ideal of full functioning according to C. Rogers. The carried-out analysis shows its relevance for viewing educational programs as psychotechnical systems. Such analysis is useful for construction, correction and the analysis of efficiency of educational programs.
