This article deals with classification of the investment regimes. Investment regimes are one of the manifestations of legal differentiation in the process of legal regulation of relations in the field of investment. It helps to consider the variety of life situations that arise during the implementation of investment activities. The need for different investment legal regimes is determined not only by the difference in the goals they are aimed at achieving, but also by the specifics of investment activities carried out in different sectors of the economy and the national economy. The issue of systematization of investment regimes is one of the poorly studied ones. A significant part of the legal doctrine much attention is given to the aspects of various legal investment regimes (for example, foreign investment, stock market, venture investment, capital investments, contractual forms of interaction between investment entities, etc.). In this regard, the article gives a detailed analysis of the classification investment regimes in Russian legislation in generally.
