КОММУНИКАТИВНЫЕ СТРАТЕГИИ СОЗДАНИЯ ПОЛОЖИТЕЛЬНОГО ОБРАЗА МЕДИЦИНСКОГО УЧРЕЖДЕНИЯ
The article is devoted to the study of effective communication strategies for the formation of a positive image of medical institutions in modern conditions. The key problems faced by medical organizations are analyzed, including an increase in patient complaints, a low level of digitalization and insufficient staff training in the field of communication. The article highlights the results of the analysis of the effectiveness of GBU RO "City Hospital No. 7" (Rostov-on-Don) for the period from the first quarter of 2023 to the first quarter of 2025, the relationship between the quality of communications and patient satisfaction was demonstrated.
The authors emphasize that the analyzed medical facility has an unsatisfactory (practically non-existent) structure work on processing feedback and patient requests. In modern competitive conditions, medical organizations should have a special department in their staff, the main tasks of which should be such important components of communication in the field of healthcare as rapid response to complaints and appeals from patients, resolving conflict situations before contacting external structures (the Ministry of Health, the Prosecutor's Office), and creating a positive image of the medical institution. It is emphasized that such services should carry out proactive work, including encouraging positive feedback from patients.
