Изменения в организации медицинской помощи, обусловленные новыми цифровыми технологиями. Аналитический обзор.
Abstract
Significance. The epidemiological, clinical, and socioeconomic effects of healthcare digitalization are actively discussed in the scientific literature. Less attention has been paid to changes in the organization of healthcare resulting from the introduction of digital technologies. These changes have not been the subject of specific research. However, digital technologies is becoming a driver for the development of a new healthcare system model and deserve special consideration.
Purpose. To identify the key areas of impact of new digital technologies on the organization of healthcare.
Materials and methods. The data sources are international and domestic publications from 2010-2025 devoted to the use of digital technologies in healthcare, which address the organizational aspects of these practices. This article proposes a theoretical and methodological framework for examining changes in the organization of medical care under the influence of digital technologies and, based on this framework, a systematic description of the various components of these changes.
Results. Changes in the organization of medical care are examined as organizational and technological (new forms of medical services delivery) and organizational and economic (changes in the organizational structure of medical care providers). New forms of medical services delivery are examined and systematized as changes in the organization of interactions between the healthcare system (its actors) and patients, as well as changes in the composition, functions, and methods of interaction between actors in healthcare delivery.
Conclusions. The changes in the organization of healthcare under the influence of digital technologies indicate the emergence of a new multichannel and integrated model of healthcare. The results of this study can serve as a guide for further research into the digital transformation of healthcare.
