The presented monograph is the result of many years of research work of a team of authors participating in the RNF research project № 22-18-00452 “Psychosocial design of the working environment as a factor of subjective well-being of the employee and innovative potential of the organization”. The collective monograph is a unique research and measurement tool, in its kind, the first attempt to generalize and systematize extensive information on the subject of studying and rethinking such concepts as “subjective well-being of the employee”, “mental resilience”, “factors of subjective well-being”, “job-crafting”.
The content of the monograph is presented in the following sections: the first section “Key concepts, basic phenomena in the study of employee subjective well-being” is devoted to key and basic concepts; the second section “Psychosocial environment as a factor of employee subjective well-being” is devoted to the study of the psychosocial environment components and their impact on subjective well-being at the workplace; the third section “Job-crafting and employee well-being in the organization” offers readers an introduction to the different aspects of the subjective well-being of employees in the organization. In the fourth section “Interventions in the field of employee’s subjective well-being” the possibilities of influencing subjective well-being through different types of interventions are revealed.
