The article focuses on understanding reflection in the context of narrative analysis as a means to achieve deepself-awareness of personal well-being. The focus is on the analysis of reflexive activity as a dual process, where reflectionsimultaneously serves as a means of self-understanding and a tool for cognitive cognition of the moment of happiness.The idea is put forward that each self-knowledge functions as a mirror that reflects the inner world of a person and hisrelationship with the external environment, thereby increasing awareness of his "I" and at the moment of living happiness.
