Чрезвычайная комиссия ВСНХ и разгрузка Владивостокского порта (весна 1918 г.)
The article is part of the problem of the struggle for cargo in Vladivostok during the period of intervention and Civil War within the framework of the economic history of the region, an important aspect of which is the history of the transport system, in particular, the port infrastructure. The author focuses on the activities of the commission established by the Supreme Economic Council of the Soviet Republic in the spring of 1918 to ensure the safety and export to Moscow, Petrograd and other major industrial centers of the country of food, industrial and military cargoes accumulated by the beginning of 1918 in the port of Vladivostok. The initial premise is an analysis of the historiography of the problem: it is shown how the activities of the Emergency Commission of the Supreme Economic Council are reflected in the works of Soviet historians A.I. Krushanov, L.I. Belikova, B.I. Mukhachev, I.I. Glushchenko, as well as in the memoirs of participants in the Civil War in the Far East. The achievements of the previous generation of researchers are highlighted, as well as problems that have not been solved within the framework of the ideological paradigm prevailing at that time. A new aspect in the study of the topic is highlighted — the analysis of the controversial activities of the Commission of the Supreme Economic Council on the basis of documents stored in the Russian State Historical Archive of the Far East, most of which were known to historians, but only partially introduced into scientific circulation. The features of the work of the Commission of the Supreme Economic Council and the common features characteristic of the activities of numerous commissions created in Vladivostok on the initiative of different governments for the accounting, storage and use of goods are determined.
