Анализ инструментов обеспечения стрессоустойчивости ЕС и АСЕАН
This article provides a comprehensive analysis of the concept of stress resilience from a legal point of view, focusing on the role of this concept in ensuring the security and foreign policy of states and international associations. In this direction, it is important to find a balance between the normative component and the political context of the term "stress resilience". Against the background of the processes of fragmentation and polarisation taking place in the modern world, the analysis of stress resilience practices developed by integration associations over decades may lead to the stabilisation of the common system. For Russia this seems particularly relevant in the context of increasing international tensions and popularisation of discriminatory measures. The main objective of the study is to examine, analyse and compare in detail the main legal instruments used to ensure stress resilience in the context of two key structures - the European Union (EU) and the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN)
