The object of the study is college students. Subject - college students' choice of one of three trajectories after graduating from college: labor (after college - to the labor market); academic (after college - to university); hybrid (after college, enter the labor market while studying at a university). Among the nontrivial results, the following can be highlighted. The “work” strategy is chosen by college students who entered college after the 11th grade of school; they are trained in technical specialties. Their parents, as a rule, have secondary general or secondary vocational education. The academic path is chosen by those who entered college after the 9th grade of school and they dream of not being employees, but of being engaged in entrepreneurial activity.
