This article examines the vegetative response of female university students to academic stress during standard physical education classes and after the implementation of an experimental methodology. It was found that the vegetative response of first- and second-year female students is more pronounced and shifts from parasympathetic to sympathetic nervous system activity as the exam period approaches, which differs from the data of the exploratory experiment.
