Развитие профессионального образования в г. Тобольске (1940–1980 гг.)
The article analyzes the system of vocational education in Tobolsk in the period from 1940-1980. The purpose of the study is to trace the formation and change in the system of vocational education in Tobolsk during the period under study. The study is based on the materials of the State Institution of the Tyumen Region, the State Archives in Tobolsk. The development of the system of vocational education in the Tyumen region and in particular in Tobolsk in the period from 1940–1980. was determined by economic tasks that needed to be addressed purposefully, by training personnel for various sectors of the national economy. In particular, the state and prospects for the development of water transport in the Tyumen region were in direct proportion to its provision with adequately qualified workers. Their training was carried out by educational institutions of vocational education in Tobolsk. History of vocational education in Tobolsk in 1940-1980. shows that the process of building separate educational institutions largely depended on the leader, on his organizational and pedagogical abilities. The educational institutions established in Tobolsk were able to satisfy the needs of a number of important sectors of the national economy of Western Siberia, especially in the water and marine industries, as well as fisheries.The historical experience of Tobolsk vocational education institutions shows that the harmonious development of graduates was facilitated not only by a properly structured educational process, but also by active involvement in social and sports life. In the educational activities of vocational educational institutions of the city, considerable attention was paid to practice, contacts were established with all enterprises of the city and Western Siberia. Graduates of Tobolsk vocational schools and technical schools were in demand in the labor market of the region. During the period under study, the Tobolsk vocational education system went through a number of important stages related to the improvement of the material and technical base, the formation of teaching staff and orientation to the personnel needs of the regional industry.
